We are pleased to announce we have been awarded the internal and external plastering works of the above new development for James Carroll builders Ltd of Ruthin. www.carrollltd.co.uk
The works include the installation of MF ceilings, insulating and plaster boarding of ceilings, dry lining of 71 bedrooms with private bathrooms, communal day rooms, hairdressers, kitchens, nurse stations, hallways and landings over two floors.
Externally, the first floor elevations have been rendered with a Kilwaughter Company two coat K Rend and scraped finish, the windows have been tastefully highlighted using a Teal blue K Rend Band.
