This is a mixture of washed sand and cement which is mixed to a semi dry consistency and laid over the sub base floor to produce a flat finish to accommodate floorings of all types.

These are applied to a thickness of approx 50-75mm that can be laid over under floor heating pipes and include fibres to try and prevent cracking.
