PAR Homes Ltd – New Medical Centre, Buckley

Parry & Jones are working on the new Medical Centre in Buckley for PAR Homes from Powys. It is a two storey build of timber construction. The main internal works include insulating ceilings and walls, installation of a vapour barrier, plaster boarding with a wide variety of plasterboards chosen for their sound transmission and fire proofing qualities as per the Architects specification approx 14,000m².

External walls included two coat rendering using Saint-Gobain Ltd Weber Pral M and some two coating rendering onto render board with Webers TF150 thin coat system.
